Referring your family and friends for Provident membership gives them the gift of putting their financial future into the hands of a credit union they can trust.

Every time you make a qualified referral* and a new account is opened, Provident will deposit $25** into your account. Plus, you and your referral will both be entered to win one of three prizes:

• Flat Screen TV
• iPhone
• $50 Gift Card

To enter, download the referral form (PDF), which can be completed either before or after printing it. Distribute the form to your friends and family, and have them include it with their membership application, which can be turned in at any Provident community branch or faxed to (650) 508-7242. The "PDF" form requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in, which is available free from Adobe.
